The Uganda Police flag I have in my collection has a dark blue field bisected by
two white horizontal lines, with the police badge in the centre. The badge
is white and contains the national emblem, a Crested Crane
in blue outline, surrounded by a
wreath also in blue outline with the words UGANDA POLICE in blue on a white scroll
below.
