The flag of Duluth is based on a logo that first appeared in 2014. City
Records Officer John Garcia sent me two photographs of the flag. A flag with the
logo on a white background is used in city hall. A flag with a green background
appears outside the headquarters building of the Georgia Municipal Association
and appeared in the association's 2023 Parade of Flags. Mr. Garcia says that
these flags were adopted about 7 years ago, which would be in 2017.

The City Clerk of the City of Duluth, Georgia, Teresa Lynn sent me a short description of the city flag : City Flag has City Seal on it. It is Blue trimmed in Gold. She also sent me the city seal.
About the city:
"Duluth is a city in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and a suburb of Atlanta located in the Metro Atlanta area. Unincorporated portions of Forsyth County also have Duluth as a mailing address, though this area is outside city limits. A portion of the City of Johns Creek (incorporated Dec. 1, 2006) is served by the Duluth post office, causing much confusion since that area is in Johns Creek, not Duluth.
The population of Duluth was 22,122 at the 2000 census, making it the second most populous city in Gwinnett County, behind Lawrenceville. As of 2009, the population is estimated to be approximately 28,000." - this and more in Wikipedia: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duluth,_Georgia.
