Brownsburg has used a new flag since at least 2014.
Here's the flag
and the logo on an annual report:

The flag is white, with a yellow map of Indiana, including a star presumably marking the location of Brownsburg. Over that is written FOUNDED 1848, BROWNSBURG, and ...ON THE MOVE.

The Brownsburg Fire Department flag consists of a firefighter cross centered
on a white background. The cross is black with a pumpkin-orange outline. The top
section of the cross reads "VIGILO SERVO POPULIS" which is Latin for "I am a
servant of the people".
