The flag of Morgantown Kentucky consists of the city seal on a blue field. It is
similar to the city seal, though with differences such as the text font and date
size.
The flag was adopted on May 11, 2017 (https://www.facebook.com/billyphelpsformayor), though the M has appeared as
early as 2014. The mayor did say "New" flag, so their could be an older first
flag.

The seal consists of a black ring with golden outlines. The rings has the city
and state name inscribed on it. In the center is a white disk with a green
stylized lower case "m" with gradient. Under the "m" is the incorporation year
of 1813.

bearing a blue logo.

That looks like an earlier flag, and it also appears to be using the former
seal. From what I can make out of it from another photo. The seal looks like its
stretched horizontally, The rest I can not make out. I have yet to find a better
or a digitalized image of this seal.
