"The Missouri Veterans Commission is a state agency established by Missouri Statute to aid all Veterans, their dependents, and legal representatives by providing information regarding the rights of Veterans and their dependents and to assist Veterans accessing their available benefits through State and Federal Government."

The flag of the Missouri Veterans Commission can be found in several photographs online, but the best I found is here. The flag features the Commission's seal centered on a blue field. The circular seal itself consists of a bald eagle, wings spread, over 15 gold stars. The red ground of the seal is encircled by a white ring bearing the name of the Commission in blue capital letters. A gold rope rings the entire seal.
