A yellow flag, with the city seal on it: a central disk showing a local scene, surrounded by the gold words NEVADA, MO and VERNON COUNTY on a white ring. The outer edge is a red bordered rope. Outside are the dates 1855 and 2005, implying this might be sesquicentennial flag.
