It appears that the city had replaced their former flag with a new logo based
flag with a blue field. The flag appeared to have been adopted sometime in May
2023 according to photo close timelines on Facebook between the two flags.

The flag is dark blue, an orange border, two orange-fimbriated white arcs in the upper fly and lower hoist, a white map of the state with the location of Pearl marked by a blue star, and connected to that by two narrow orange lines,
the seal of the city in blue and orange.
