Description of the flag

As it is stated :

"The Town of Hildebran has designed and created its first flag. The town's seal was made an important part of the flag. The flag was designed by Council Member Wendell Hildebrand. Council Member Jennie Cook was in charge of bringing the design to life. As a result of their efforts the town has a new symbol and an additional source of pride.
And description:
The first section, the single red field over the single white field, being similar to our state flag, represents North Carolina. The second section, the town seal on a blue field, represents the Southern Region using the Bonnie Blue. The third section, 7 red stripes and 6 white stripes, 13 in total, used in our nations flag, represents the United States."
