The Village of Ridgewood has confirmed that it does have a flag, but no image of it to give to us.

The flag is the same on both sides - depicting a navy blue cross on a white
background with the Ridgewood Seal in the middle. I was unable to get a photo of
both sides - but I can confirm that both sides were the same. Also the
manufacturer is American Flag & Banner Co of Clifton, NJ. Note there are yellow
highlights in and around the locomotive, tender, and car but not between the
trees or the plough handles.

A village in New Jersey's Bergen County, Ridgewood is a suburb of New York City, and was founded in 1894.
Photographs of the Ridgewood Police Department's flag are easy to find online, and I found several (www.northjersey.com/polopoly_fs/1.695623.1395731325!/fileImage/httpImage/image.jpg_gen/derivatives/landscape_300/bluemass1-053013-sb-tif.jpg
and
