Description of the flag

The flag of the City of Richland, Washington, is white with city logo on it. The logo includes a blue "R" with a yellow sun and a stylized river running through the "R". Information and image of the logo thanks to Debby Barham, CMC, Chief Deputy City Clerk.

About the city:
"Richland is a city in Benton County in the southeastern part of the U.S. state of Washington, at the confluence of the Yakima and the Columbia Rivers. As of the 2000 census, the city population was 38,708.
