flag is a purple disc, its diameter being one-third the width of the whole flag,
bearing the Stars and Stripes between the words KIEL (above) and WI (below) in
white sans serif capital letters, and with the year 1854 in small white numbers
underneath. Proportions 3:5.
This flag is
apparently not flown outside the Kiel City Hall, but is certainly displayed by
the Kiel Area School District.
