Platte County is a rural county located in southeastern Wyoming. The flag is white with a black outline of the county centered. Within the county outline consists of 5 stars. The stars represent the 5 incorporated towns; the gold star
represents the county seat and population center of the county (Wheatland). The two black lines represent the primary roads within the county.
