At https://www.ebay.com, the former flag of Tulsa University can be seen. It is quite similar to the Bolivian flag, though the exact colors on this flag will definitely not be known since the colors are quite faded from much wear. If I am correct, the proportions appear to be 2:3. I have created a drawing of this flag, though I am quite uncertain about what the colors might have looked like.

The copy of the flag was produced sometime in the '30s, sadly though no dates of usage are known (it seems to have certainly made it into the '40s though). Currently listed on eBay, the flag is from the collection of Dr. Clarence Rungee, who collected many flags and held them in his flag museum. Many of his flags at this time are being broken up and sold to other collectors.
