Juventud Bicentenaria (English: Bicentennial Youth) refers to the battle of
La Victoria on February 12, 1814 of the Venezuelan War of Independence, in which
the independence forces of General José Félix Ribas, faced with shortage of
troops, armed about a thousand students from colleges and seminaries. That day
is also known in Venezuela as "Día de la Juventud" (English: Youth Day).
So the image (logo and flag) was a campaign in 2014 by the "Ministerio del Poder
Popular para la Educación" (English: Ministry of Popular Power for Education),
in which the "2014: Año de la Juventud" (English: 2014: Year of the Youth) was
