3X5 Flag
The Frostbite Flag Society is a loosely knit group of flag enthusiasts mostly
from Minnesota & Wisconsin. We meet quarterly, sometimes with just lunch and
presentations (show and tell), sometimes with very exciting special tours of the
deep well lighted inner vaults of state museums' flag collections.
The flag was designed by the same dynamic fantastic most excellent and by the way humble vexillographer that designed the flag for Bayport Minnesota.
For ease of manufacture (an event which is yet to occur) there is no specific height to width ratio, but 3X5 or 2X3 is recommended.
The flag incorporates the international signal flags for FFS, each flag taking one horizontal (left to right) third of the flag, elongated as needed to fit the over all flag ratio. R. Nathan Bliss - 01 November 1999
President David Bubier, Madison Wisconsin, other list members: Rock Bliss, James Woods, Lee Herold. Meet quarterly, no dues, no publications, newsletter informs of meetings & minutes, informal. Meet in Minnesota & Wisconsin, no geographic area set. About 14 members on our list.
