Presentation of ASALA

Armenian Secret Army for the Liberation of Armenia (ASALA) was a terrorist group founded at 1975 year and fighting against the Turkish government. It was a radical leftist and nationalist organisation which headquarter was at Beyrut and close allied with Palestinian Liberation Organisation. ASALA was also known as the Orly Group (after its biggest action, bomb attack to Paris airport at July 1983). After asassination of ASALA leader Hagop Hagopyan in 1988, the organisation declined and after an attempt at the Turkish ambassador in Budapest at December 1991, there were no rumours about it.
