The ensign of the Royal Australian Navy Sailing Association shows a crown over the letters "RANSA" in the lower fly. You'll notice that the pennants on this crown are blowing or facing in opposite directions. This is because that is how RANSA depicts its crown.

The RANSA burgee is exactly the same as its British counterpart: white, red St. George's Cross, blue naval crown in the middle.
