The Townsville Cruising Yacht Club (TCYC) is located in South Townsville, Queensland. The club was established in approximately 1967. Since the early 80s the TCYC has been operating from the Townsville Motor Boat Club. Since 1999 the TCYC has been incorporated into the TMBC and collectively they are known as the Townsville Motor Boat and Yacht Club.

The burgee of TCYC, as seen hoisted over a boat on a photograph taken during the "Australia Day 2008" Regatta, is red with a triangle covering all the middle of the flag and two smaller triangles placed along the hoist, and the black letters T.C.Y.C., with letter size decreasing from left to right, in the middle triangle.
