The Mouvement dynastique (Dynastic movement), based at Malonne (a former municipality incorporated into Namur in 1976) was founded as an apolitical association in 1963. According to Article 3 of its Statutes, the aims of the movement are:
- to promote unity among the Belgians;
- to promote loyalty towards Belgium and the Royal family;
- to perpetuate the celebration of the memory of the national heroes.

Flag of Mouvement dynastique

The blogsite of the Tournai-Ath-Mouscron section of the movement shows a photo of the movement flag, taken on 8 April 2008. The flag is a Belgian tricolor flag with a golden fringe along the fly. A Royal crown is placed in the middle of the flag. The writings, in green capital letters "MOUVEMENT DYNASTIQUE BELGE" and "SECTION TOURNAI-ATH- MOUSCRON" are placed, in a semi-circular pattern, above and below the crown, respectively, stretching over the thre vertical stripes of the flag.
