The flag of the Town of Iroquois Falls, Ontario, is vertically divided white and green. The town seal is positioned on the white field, and on the green field "ONTARIO" in white.
"Here's an image of the Town of Iroquois Falls' flag. On the left hand side is the official seal of the Corporation of the Town of Iroquois Falls designed by Eric Aldwinckle O.S.A., commissioned by the Abitibi Paper Company Ltd.
The official description of the seal is as follows: "The field is the shape of a scroll is a traditional symbol of officialdom, documents or authoritative declarations. The log and roll of paper represents the pulp and paper industry while the shape of the scroll further suggests a water fall. The stylized rendering of the head of a young bull moose and the two fish depicts recreation. The wavy lines represent the waters common to both recreation and industry, and in combination with the two fish forms a "U" symbolizing
unity.

The seal was officially presented to the town on January 18, 1971. The colour green represents the forest industry (backbone of the community's economy) and the francophone population of Iroquois Falls. I don't know who designed the flag nor do I know when it was officially accepted/adopted. I strongly suspect it made its appearance between 1971 and 1973, but no record."

"Iroquois Falls is a small town in Northern Ontario, Canada, with a population of 4,729 in the Canada 2006 Census. The town centre lies just off of Hwy 11 on the banks the Abitibi River, west of Lake Abitibi. Timmins, one of the largest cities in northern Ontario is approximately 50 kilometers (31 mi) to the west.
