Description of the flag

Urgence Santé is the public organisation charged with emergency medical services and medical transport on Montreal and Laval islands.

The field is mainly white with the paramedic cross off-centred toward the hoist with a red graph line representing a heart in fibrilation passing through it and becoming steady. Toward the bottom is a blue band containing in white the name of the organisation with the Quebec governmental logotype. I'm not entirely sure why the specific colour combination was used (beside blue and white being the colours of Quebec) since the uniforms worn by the paramedics are grey and burgundy and the ambulances are bright yellow.

A good idea for a logo but that with the addition of the other elements makes for a fairly busy flag.
