German TV ARD reports today:

A special unit of the Chinese police arrived in Port-au-Prince/Haiti. They will take part on the UN mission in Haiti. They are the first Chinese "blue helmet" in the western hemisphere. On the pic is the flag, which they showed, when they left the plane.

A literal translation should be: Zhong Guo Pu Hai Di Wei He Jing Cha Fang Bao Dui (China to Haiti Peacekeeping Police Anti-Riot Squad)

Timor-Leste Forces

Again a mission flag of Chinese peacekeepers. This time a group of 21 policemen, who have been sent to Timor-Leste. The red flag shows several golden Chinese characters.
