Ostrožská Lhota corrected flag

Since I live in the eastern Moravia, I know well that Ostrozska Lhota flag never contained any trace of black color ( I was asking my colegue who lives there). But today I can show you evidence - on this webpage. The image is of poor quality, but what you can see is the order of colors (yellow triangle, RED and blue chevrons). The reason of Mr. Exner's error is evident - black is "cerny", in Czech, while "cerveny" means red.

Yes, it is a right reason. The word černy is in Vexlex at the end of line and I missed it. :-(
