Shield Azure with base Gules, crowned by a donjon Argent, over all an inescutcheon parted per pale, at dexter paly bendy of Azure and Argent, at sinister Or an initial "O" Sable.
Meaning:
Though not mentioned, the base with donjon might allude to Otzberg fortress. The inescutcheon is taken from the seal of the Palatine Ober-Amt Otzberg. The lozenges at dexter are the arms of Bavaria, to which the palatinate belonged in the past. The initial "O" is representing Otzberg.
