Coat of Arms

Shield Gules, on a bridge a house, both Or masoned Sable, the house has a roof Sable and port and windows Gules.
Meaning:
The bridge is symbolising the merger of Groß-Hausen and Klein-Hausen on both sides of Weschnitz creek, which had developed differently in the past for many centuries. T
he arms were approved on 28 January 1966.
