Description

The flag of CAASD features the organization's coat of arms centered on a white field. The coat of arms has a blue shield with a pipe and valve in red, being operated by a pair of yellow lions rampant. Across the center of the pipe and valve are the letters "CAASD" made to look transparent, partly showing the white field and partly showing the yellow key and yellow cross that lie on the blue shield behind the pipe and valve. Across the top of the shield in black letters is the name of the country, "REPUBLICA DOMINICANA," while the name of the city and the year of the organization's founding are in black letters at the bottom of the shield - "SANTO DOMINGO" and "1973."
