Description

While researching, I found photographs of two different flags for DIGECOOM. Based on the dates associated with the photographs, the current flag design was introduced between May and October 2013. The current flag features the current agency logo centered on a white field. The logo shows pixelated blue concentric semi-circles, likely symbolic of the digital globe, topped by a gold star, with the acronym of the agency below in dark grey letters. Photos of this flag can be found online here, here, and here.

The previous flag, in use up to at least May 2013, also featured the previous agency logo centered on a white field. That logo showed a globe in the center with the agency's acronym across the equator. Below the globe is a red ribbon with the words "República Dominicana" in gold and ribbons in the colors of the Dominican Republic national flag on either side. The entire logo is encompassed by two arching black arrows with the name of the agency in white letters. Photos of this flag can be found online here and here.
