Description

Spanish banking group Banco Bilbao y Viscaya – Argentaria uses as its corporate logo the lettering "BBVA" in a commissioned typeface, white on very dark blue, sometimes with a thin white underline.

The flag of BBVA is dark blue with the said logo, the underline matching the start of the 1st "B" but extending to the fly edge of the flag. See example of actual use (showing the flag hoisted from the 1st floor balcony of a BBVA branch in downtown Oporto, Portugal).

At my Flickr feed, an example of flags in use in BBVA's Portuguese branch, this one in downtown Lisbon. I suppose that usage is similar in other countries, namely in Spain.
