Description

From the Catalan Vexillological Association website (my translation):

Province: Barcelona
County (comarca): Vallès Occidental
Adopted: 24.11.1989
Meaning: Red stands for the field of the arms, and the yellow and white [stripes] stand for the keys of St Peter, patron saint of the municipality, which also appear on the arms.
Area: 32.01 km²
Population (1991): 50,405

Santiago Dotor, 08 Oct 2001

A red flag with a yellow diagonal stripe from top hoist to bottom fly, over a white diagonal stripe from bottom hoist to top fly – thus a yellow-white bicolour saltire. Stylized representation of the city arms, as it appears in the Catalan Vexillological Association website.
