This is the indepedentist flag of Castile.

For left nationalists – not only for Castilian Left, but also for other organisations like Castilian Revolutionary Youth, Castilian Women, football supporters etc. – this flag includes a red star. This is, indeed, the indepedentist flag of Castile. This photograph shows the actual model.
