The municipality of Pinarejo (213 inhabitants in 2018; 6,182 ha) is located 75 km south-west of Cuenca and 30 km north of San Clemente.

The flag of Pinarejo is prescribed by an Order issued on 21 April 1995 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published on 5 May 1995 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, No. 23, pp. 2,867-2,868 (text).
The flag is described as follows:

Flag: Rectangular, in proportions 2:3, yellow with green uprooted pine surrounded by two wells azure.

The coat of arms of Pinarejo is prescribed by an Order issued on 21 April 1995 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published on 5 May 1995 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, No. 23, p. 2,867 (text).
The coat of arms is described as follows:

Coat of arms: Or a pine eradicated vert surrounded by two wells azure. The shield surmounted by a Spanish Royal crown.
