Horizontally divided flag, white over blue. On the canton, two crossed flags, each horizontally divided yellow-red-yellow-red-yellow-red, with yellow masts, the whole as high as 5/18 [of the flag's height] and separated from top and hoist by 1/9 [of the flag's height].
Colours from the arms. The white stripe represents the castle of Carmençó, the flags are those of the county of Empúries. Flag adopted 28th June 1995. Source for image and text: Fluvià 2001. The drawing in this source shows the crossed flags on the canton quite larger than in the official description.
