The flag is described as follows:

Flag: Rectangular, in proportions 2:3, green, charged on its horizontal median line wih four white six-pointed stars.

The coat of arms of Camarenilla is prescribed by an Order issued on 29 September 1993 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published on 15 October 1993 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, No. 74, pp. 5,436-5,437 (text).
The coat of arms is described as follows:

Coat of arms: Spanish shield. Vert a garb of wheat spikes or attached with a ribbon of the same in chief four six-pointed stars argent. The shield surmounted by a Spanish Royal crown.
