Introduction

Get Smart is a 1960s spy parody television series and a movie from 2008 of the same name which is based on that series.
Aleksandar Nemet, 17 November 2012

CONTROL

CONTROL is a fictional top secret American intelligence agency. The flag of CONTROL can be seen in the movie (screenshot). The flag is blue with the CONTROL logo in middle. The CONTROL logo can be seen at TV Acres.

KAOS

The old show featured an organization called KAOS, on whose flag was a vulture grasping the world.
Howard Sporn, 21 May 2003

San Saludos

The episode Viva Smart is set in an impoverished Latin American dictatorship called San Saludos. The flag is shown behind the customs desk at the beginning of the episode; while furled, it appears to be horizontally divided red/yellow/red. The prop department may well have simply used an off-the-shelf Spanish flag to save money, though no CoA is visible.

Interestingly, while the flag is not shown again, the rest of the episode makes much use of festive bunting on all the buildings - it's practically everywhere, but all of it in a horizontal green-white-red color scheme (off-the-shelf Mexican decorations, presumably).
