Introduction

Terra Nova is a Fox TV series. The military in the series has a flag.

Phoenix Organisation

The Phoenix Organisation, a band of mercenaries, used a banner divided into black (above left and below right) and red, divided by a white off-centred cross. In the middle is a black disc fimbriated white displaying a red Phoenix probably above flames of the same colour. (Villains in fiction usually seem to use the old German colours.)
The flag can be seen in the 12th episode. I found an image of it at Youtube.
