Flag of Donja Dubrava

The flag of Donja Dubrava was consecrated on 13 July 2003, as reported in the local newspaper Međimurske novine (Donja Dubrava - Proslava Dana općine 13. srpnja, 9 July 2003).
Decision Odluka o imenovanju Povjerenstva za izradu grba i zastave Općine Donja Dubrava, adopted on 14 November 2002 by the Municipality Assembly and published on 9 December 2002 in the County official gazette Službeni glasnik Međimurske županije, No. 7, appoints the members of a Commission aimed to selct the flag and arms. The Commission shall determin the conditions of a public contest, modes to choose the winning design, and provide opinions about the proposed designs to the Municipality Council.

The symbols were designed by the Heraldic Art d.o.o. company from Rijeka.

The flag is in proportions 1:2, blue with the coat of arms, bordered yellow, in the middle.

The coat of arms is "Gules an oak eradicated or in base a cannon sable".
The arms are canting, Dubrava meaning "an oak groove".

The ceremonial flag is blue with the coat of arms, the name of the municipality above and oak and linden branches below, ending triangularly with a golden fringe.
