The Jammu & Kashmir National Panthers Party
constitution states:
The flag of the J&K National Panthers Party shall consist of three vertical
colour strips red, white and green in one third of the length and white in the
remaining portion which shall have three red stars.

The description is not correct - the stripes at the hoist are just red and
green (no white). The animated images at the page headers and, even more
importantly, the photos at the gallery, reveal that. Perhaps the word "white"
just appeared in the wrong place due to a copy&paste error or something alike.

Based on photographs, the flag in actual use is in one third red (at hoist)
and two thirds green, bearing three red stars in the center of the high and near
from side to side of the white. Seems that the constitution is not clear at all.
