The city emblem and the flag were adopted on Mar 20th 2006 by Notice No 1 and No 2. The white flag has a red , a green and a blue three color city emblem in the center. The city emblem is a stylized K of Kobayashi in a form of a citizen. The two oblongs symbolize the former one city and one village. It represents an image of the interchange city overfull of the people, the industry, the history and the nature.
The flag proportion is 2: 3. The height of the emblem is 720/1000 height of the flag and the length of the emblem is 456/1000 length of the flag.

Suki Village / 須木村
