Introduction

The Cambodian Red Cross was established on February 18, 1955. It is the largest humanitarian organization in Cambodia. On October 7, 1960, under recognition by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the organization was admitted as a Member of the International Federation of Red Cross Red Crescent Societies (the Federation) the following day. However, during the Khmer Rouge Regime (1975-1979), all Red Cross activities in Cambodia were suspended due to government policies at the time and the CRC's seat in the General Assembly of the Federation was abandoned. As a result of the Khmer Rouge, between 1979 and 1994, the CRC lost its national unity as each of the four factions (Khmer Rouge, a royalist faction led by Sihanouk, and the Khmer People's National Liberation Front in one side, and the Vietnamese on the other side) in Cambodia set up their own Society within their respective areas of control. However, the NS (National Society) was reunified in 1994 and the CRC was reinstated to the Federation. (Source: Wikipedia)

The flag is as attached by Tomislav Šipek: the logo in the middle of a white horizontal background, as seen here (second flag from left to right). (Source) This flag can be also be used vertically with the only rotation is the flag and not the emblem.

They also have a red triangular pennant with the logo in the middle, used for traffic control, as seen here.

I found another variant of a Red Cross flag used in Cambodia that uses the symbol of the Federation with Khmer text under the symbol on a white background. This flag, along with a celebratory garland/bunting with the national flag, Red Cross and Red Crescent flags, in a 2018 event.
