Blazon: I rødt tre opprette kvistede gull trestammer. In English: Gules three ragged staffs or.
Approved by the royal resolution of 13 January 1984 after a drawing by Truls Nygaard, following the original proposal by Hallvard Træeteberg further developed by Hans Gerhard Sørensen.
(BTW, http://mistholme.com/page/2/?s=well mentions such element known is English heraldry that " dates from c.1360, in the arms of von Lipe or Leipa [Gelre 33v], but is most famous as an element in the badge of the Earls of Warwick, 15th C. [HB 155].")
The "sticks" are canting for Stokke. Three of them signify three parishes Stokke, Skjee and Arnadal.
