Kodrąb - rural commune, Radomsko County, Łódzkie Voivodship.
The Arms of the Commune were adopted by the Resolution # VIII/57/03 dated June 27, 2003.
The flag was adopted by the amendment to above resolution (RG Nr/57/07-30.10.2007r) and became official on December 12, 2007.

"Arms: an image named "Green Springs" (Zielone Źródła) in colors: on the green field, white spring, on the white field, green spring, letters-green, wheat stalks - gold, borders - blue. All divided into four fields.

Flag: on the rectangle - white - green chessboard - four fields in the dimensions 600 mm by 300 mm each.
Upper left field in green color, lower left field - white, right upper field - white, lower right field - green."
