Tomorrow is the Independence Day in Poland, so flags are everywhere, and in my city traditionally two kinds of flags are flown: the flag of Poland, and the flag of this city. And guess what: I realized that the city flags are somewhat different than before, and when I got back home I did some search: see pages 5862..5873 the Statute has been changed on March 25, 2010
