Here is the flag of Prószków commune, Opole county, Opole voivodeship.
Former German name: Proskau. Source: commune website, the colors description is 1 - "złoty" (gold), 2 - "srebrny" (silver), 3 - "czerwony" (red), 4 - "czarny" (black). In COA four fields, in 1st and 4st a jumping Red Deer, in 2nd and 3rd white horseshoe in red field and red horseshoe in white field. In the flag also four fields, vertical white and red with horseshoes in reverse colors and horizontal gold and black with jumping Red Deer, also in reverse colors. The COA and flag was adopted 4 December 2006. The horseshoes are from COA of family Prószkowscy (Proschkau), former owners of the castle and town. I don't know what the Red Deer come from.
