Coat of arms

Shield Vert with base wavy of Argent and Azure, a throughout 3-arched bridge Argent masoned Sable, in chief a dolmen Argent flanked by two lilies Or. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "LAVEGADAS".

Lavegadas Commune is one of the four communes of the Vila Nova de Poiares municipality (q.v.); it had 204 inhabitants in 2011 and covers 11.3 km².
