Shield Azure, a castle Or, masoned Gules, with port and windows Gules, surrounded by three Moors' heads Proper ordered 2:1. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "S. MARTINHO DE MOUROS".
Meaning:
The Moors' heads are canting elements.
