According to Brown’s [lgr95], the flag is blue with a very broad white horizontal band bearing the emblem.

The old logo included the drawing of the flag above.

This could be (or could have been) the actual flag of Transinsular, and the above just a flagoid… or an evolution of the flag, I don’t know. All I know is that the logo as appeared in the Carga e Transportes supplement to the Público newspaper included for some time a drawing of the flag.
