Flag sightings

Scientology is a particularly controversial phenomenon, describing itself as a religion (including styling their organization as "Church of Scientology"), described by others as a psycho cult, a sect, a commercial organization disguising itself as religion etc. The question of it having state-acknowledged status as religion, i.e. usually with fiscal privileges, has been in the center of the controversies, e.g. in Germany in the 1990s. At this time I own a publication (recently retrieved from my archives) called "Freiheit", published in 1995, basically a pamphlet attacking any persons critical of Scientology; it was circulated at university. There are two interesting photographs in this publication:

p. 27 shows the Scientology Center in Hamburg with two flags in front of the building. The flags are yellow with red inscription "DIANETIK". Dianetik is the German translation of Dianetics, the psychological ideas and practices of Scientology.

p. 29 shows the inauguration of the European headquarters of Scientology at Copenhagen in 1995. Beside a number of national flags (Denmark, Sweden, ?Netherlands, ?France, ?, ?, Romania, Belgium, Cyprus, Greece) it shows two flags beside an effigy of Scientology founder Ron L. Hubbard: the Danish flag and a white flag with a rather complicated coat of arms-like emblem, that I can't identify. Any ideas?

I did a quick Google images search for “Church of Scientology coat of arms” and immediately had an image of the complicated coat of arms-like emblem on the white flag. It’s for Scientology's so-called Sea Organization.
