Description of the Flag

The Partidu Liberta Povu Aileba PLPA (Aileba People's Liberty Party) is a party, which was founded by former ASDT-members in 2009. "Aileba" means "wood" (Ai) "carry" (Leba). Poor people are using Ailebas to carry merchandise on their shoulders to sell from market to market.

Party president Francisco Gomes is one of 13 candidates of presidential elections on 17th March 2012 in Timor-Leste. The official ballot paper shows the party flag (see http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Datei:Stimmzettel_Präsidentschaftswahlen_Osttimor_2012.jpg). It is a horizontal tricolor Green-Red-Yellow with the black triangle of the national flag and the white star (showing with one tip to the top) from the national flag, 2:3.
J. Patrick Fischer, 29 February 2012

Once equalized to normal black, red, and white, the shade of yellow seems to be regular and the shade of green to be dark. The triangle is isosceles (symmetrical), possibly rectangular (the tip is at 90°).
