At old.vkp.ru there are many photos and images of the flag of Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine (FPU). Flag image at the top of the page has the emblem at the hoist, however, at many photos of real flags the emblem is centered.

Trade Union of Coal Industry Workers of Ukraine

The Trade Union of Coal Industry Workers of Ukraine (Ukrainian: Profspilka pratsivnykiv vuhil'noyi promyslovosti Ukrayiny, Ukrvuhleprofspilka, PPVPU; Russian: Profsoyuz rabotnikov ugol'noy promyshlennosti Ukrainy/, Ukrugleprofsoyuz, PRUPU) was founded in 1991 [1, 2, 3]. Its flag is horizontally divided, green above black, with a red triangle based at the hoist, which is charged with two crossed hammers within a ring, all in gold [1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]. Black color stands for coal, green for life, red for the struggle for workers' rights and interests, and crossed hammers are the international symbol of miners [1, 4].

A vertical variant has also existed, although it is not clear whether it is still used, since its photos date from 2011 [9]. There were also variants with the hammers and ring in white/silver, sometimes with additional inscriptions in same color on green field, as well as those with the hammers, ring and inscriptions in gold, as well as those with the hammers and ring in silver on a black disk with the laurel wreath in silver placed over the disk edge (simplified union emblem), also with the inscriptions in silver on green field; these seem to have been used mainly be the local branches [10, 11, 12, 13, 14].
