From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"It was confirmed in February, 26th, 2004 by the decision of XII village council session of IV convocation. Square panel divided upright on blue and crimson fields, in the center is disclosed book, surmounted over two crossed white sabres with yellow handles and edges down, above it is yellow sun-sunflower; from the staff and free edge gonfalone has yellow border in 1/8 of width.
Two borders mean two villages subordinated to council - Teremets'ke and Chmyhalove."

From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"It was confirmed in February, 26th, 2004 by the decision of XII village council session of IV convocation. Per pale by azure and gules, in the center is disclosed book in or setting, surmounted over two crossed argent sabres with or handles and edges down, above it is or sun-sunflower; on the book page is gules letter "D". The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by or village crown. The author is S.Derevyanko.
Book is symbol of historical and cultural traditions of village where was found the first school among region villages. Sabres mean cossack glory. Sun is symbol of life, eternity, heat and light. Gules and azure mean heroic past and pure future.
